He Is Our Peace

I was reading in the book of Ephesians about how God had brought all peoples, kindreds, and backgrounds of life together as one. The Spirit did this for God to dwell in us (Eph 2:22), but as I tried to figure out a way to use that verse for my Monday Bible Verses, it didn't immediately make sense by itself. You need the verses preceding it.
So, I started looking through earlier verses, trying to find something that would quickly help centre someone in the meaning of the verse without needing the whole chapter. And I couldn't, not quickly.
But something even better happened, God showed me something I'd skimmed over before. Way back up in verse 14, and I decided not to wait until Monday. To just share it today in case someone needs it.
For he is our peace
The full verse says, "For he is our peace, who had made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us." Eph. 2:14
He brings us together, and when we cling to Him, nothing else matters. Not the storms of life. Not all our differences. He is our peace.
