Character List from The Enemy's Sister

I had a beta reader and an ARC reader ask for a character list for The Enemy's Sister. While I choose not to put one in the book, I have created one for Part 1 of The Enemy's Sister here. I have also put notes next to real people from history.

Also, for your convenience, I've added the map of Cedarfontein from the 1790s.

The main couple from The Enemy's Sister

John Beauchamp
John Beauchamp

John Beauchamp - went to school in Holland as a young boy with his cousin, Tom. Studied law in Germany before joining the Duke of York's regiment and fighting in the failed Flanders campaign. He is now a lieutenant in the 78th (Highland) Regiment of Foot (the Ross-shire Buffs) on his way to Cape Town with a letter from the Sovereign Prince of the Netherlands to work with the Dutch.

Anneke Terblanche - twin sister of Johannes, daughter of the man who had the first farm at Knysna. Lives at what will be House #3 Jakaranda Laan in the future with her brother (whenever he is around), her dear friend Fatima, and sometimes her great uncle, Herbert Marx, whom they call Oom.
